Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We utilize ShaprSpring for our own agency and for our clients. We manage web leads, user tracking, and email automation, along with more complex uses with each client. It is a great resource to house client data and takes much of the tracking and follow-up work off of our own plates.
- SharpSpring customer service is exceptional.
- The user-interface is very comprehensive and friendly.
- There is a lot of uses for SharpSpring and it can be overwhelming if you don't utilize them all.

SharpSpring is much easier to use and customize in comparison to Zoho.
