SharpSpring is being used across our organization for marketing automation as well as sales pipelines and CMR management and tracking.

Everything is in one place and we can see clearly where leads are coming from and how our marketing efforts are impacting ROI.

We promote and use SharpSpring with our clients as well and they have loved it.
  • Usability - the user interface is easy and customer support is good.
  • Powerful with bells and whistles while at a better price-point than other larger marketing automation tools out there.
  • Perfect for an agency model - has provided an additional revenue stream and valuable offering for our target audience.
  • That the initial view in the portal of the leads list could be filtered, customized and saved by user.

This is an awesome cost effective CRM and marketing automation tool for an agency. Built specifically for an agency model and resale. Good for our clients who are using HubSpot but don't have the budget to use all the features or are not using it at it's potential. SharpSpring is a fiesty and powerful option. We've had a great experience with the team and are still learning new ways to set up and leverage all its capabilities (e.g. perfect audience targeting).
