Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Sharpspring has been a very useful tool in helping the team manage and optimize our CRM and new business endeavors. Our sales team is the one that uses it the most, while managers and partners often help in feeding leads information and in meetings to review department goals. We find the service very helpful in visualizing pipeline sales information, and in marketing automation services.

As a product designer myself, I understand there are a few improvements to be constantly done here. In my case, the email and page builder experience still has a lot to improve. I do enjoy the reports and contact management tools so overall it's a great tool. That consolidates several features in one service so to me it's worth the investment.
I haven't personally used the support of SharpSpring yet, tho both my tech lead and marketing leads have mentioned reaching out and always having quick responses from the team.
Sharpspring is well suited for marketing teams looking to amplify their CRM reach and quality performance. It's not so appropriate for teams that still need to build a marketing practice and process because it had robust features that wouldn't yet be used and so the cost/benefit would not be a good company investment.
