Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used by our whole organization. Our sales team mainly focuses on the CRM portion, helping us focus on current prospects, and keeping our sales team very organized. It also lets us compare month-to-month how we are performing.

Our marketing team uses it for email campaigns and tracking software that comes with it. It helps us differentiate where customers come in, why they were interested, and what marketing materials they would prefer.
  • Email Campaigns. Lets me attack my potential clients with the correct marketing focal points.
  • Marketing Analytics. Lets me track what is and isn't working. Helps for improving sales goals.
  • Media. It makes it very easy to apply video testimonials and visual presentations in smart mail.
  • CRM doesn't seem like the biggest focus at times. But they are helpful when taking feedback.
  • Every now and then they will have a beta mode that isn't fully ready for a new feature, and it makes my sales team a bit slower at times.
  • Positive ROI in our sales office. We have been able to target previous clients with our new services in a much easier fashion.
  • At times the CRM seems a bit hard to train new sales people on. But once you get it, it's not a huge deal.
  • The marketing analytics have saved us so much money; it's almost comical how efficient it is.
SharpSpring is superior in price and marketing capability. Hubspot is more user friendly, though when it comes to CRM ability. However, with SharpSpring's ability to have multiple marketing e-mail campaigns going at once, tracking all of that, and being as affordable as they are, I strongly prefer SharpSpring for our company.

If you are a business-to-business sales company, there is no reason not to use this software. It's reliable, the marketing functionality is superb, the price is a bargain in comparison to their competition, and when they do have a flaw in their system, the feedback from support is phenomenal. Highly recommended.
