Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

At my company, SharpSpring is used by the marketing and sales department. Through Sharpspring, we are trying to manage all the marketing and sales strategies in the same place. From landing pages and leads management to PDF contents and reports, it is all in SharpSpring.
  • A very complete and cheap tool to organize all of my companies marketing and sales efforts.
  • The versatility and quantity of information it can gather.
  • The layout of the software could be more friendly.
  • The platform has allowed us to optimize the time of the marketing and sales team.
  • Now we have more time to work the strategy than before.
SharpSpring is the best tool for the quality/price among the 3 mentioned above. SharpSpring also allows the user to use the marketing and sales tools together.
It is a very good tool to organize content, automate the delivery of it, and see the actions that the leads do over time. The user needs time to understand the platform and get the most of it. It isn't very intuitive at first.
