We primarily use it to manage our customer and prospect relationships. Used by sales and client management executives. It is a critical tool for managing new business opportunities. I have experience using Sales Force, but find SharpSpring a better client relationship tool. It is also a critical tool for our marketing initiatives.

It meets my needs well. I cannot comment on my other colleagues usage, but I have not heard anything negative. I use it with our marketing director on marketing campaigns. It is a tool that helps us distribute marketing collateral, track effectiveness of the campaign and manage my prospects.
