Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
I've supported and implemented the successful deployment of SharpSpring marketing automation and CRM across several of my high tech B-to-B clients. SharpSpring is the backbone for the integrated digital marketing and advertising campaigns for these clients that include email marketing, SEO, search engine and social media marketing/advertising, and demand generation campaigns we strategize on and execute.
Pros
- Excellent ROI
- Seamless and sensible marketing automation/CRM integration
- Great analytics and integration capabilities with other parts of the marketing stack
Cons
- Having a bit of trouble getting my team and clients excluded from client reports-skews data
- Helped keep costs for SaaS at a minimum - fixed pricing is key to my customers
- Super-efficient at MA/CRM
We have tested and work with several marketing automation/CRM systems over the course of over 25 years in the B-to-B marketing/advertising business, among them are: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho, Salesforce, and many others. SharpSpring continues to be the gold standard for me in terms of overall value and ease of use.
