Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is a powerful marketing automation tool that offers a wide range of features. Its real value is the competitive price, without being limited in terms of capabilities like some other lower-cost tools. Although a little harder to use than HubSpot, it is not that difficult to pick up, and provides a great platform for small and mid-sized companies in particular.

Pros

  • Good drag-and-drop platform for creating and editing emails that gives a lot of easy access to HTML code too.
  • Powerful automation features
  • Great social media posting capabilities
  • Excellent API making custom integrations easy.

Cons

  • Reporting is good, but definitely has room for improvement.
  • It's harder to learn than HubSpot (although easier than Marketo)
  • Understanding how to create an automation can be difficult.
  • Much better value for money than HubSpot
  • Has helped generate leads through forms and landing pages that have resulted in new business
  • Great tool for nurturing existing contacts that has helped us win business.
SharpSpring gives you 98% of the functionality of HubSpot at a much more competitive price. It loses out a little on ease of use and reporting, but once you have got up to speed with SharpSpring there is little that you miss from HubSpot, and the fact that the CRM is included in the price is particularly compelling to people not using Salesforce or another CRM.

SharpSpring is a great marketing automation and CRM system. Although not as easy to use as some, you learn the system pretty quickly and find that there is very little that it is not capable of delivering. SharpSpring is particularly good value-for-money, especially if you want the CRM and the marketing automation as there is no extra charge for the CRM.
