Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

SharpSpring has been used to optimize sales through the onboarding of sales teams and the creation of sales pipelines. Fewer leads are being lost in the mix and clients are better able to engage clients and prospects.
  • SharpSpring support is top notch and nearly always available.
  • SharpSpring does a great job of tracking leads and following the life of the lead.
  • SharpSpring is a great tool for anyone looking to send automated emails.
  • SharpSpring could improve by adding more robust functionality to forms.
  • SharpSpring could improve by allowing images to be fit within the template view with drag options.

SharpSpring is more robust in that it provides more diverse capabilities, such as an integrated CRM, form building, landing page building, and other tools.

SharpSpring has helped one of our clients by allowing them to gain a better understanding of where leads are coming from and allowing them to stay on top of them throughout the sales process as well as after the sales process. SharpSpring would be less appropriate for a company that doesn't collect email addresses, as that is primarily how SharpSpring keeps track of leads.
