We use Shopify for our website and is the foundation of our B2C business.

Cons

  • More flexibility in gift card limits
  • More functionality surrounding discounts/ gifting
  • More functionality for the 'continue selling when sold out' feature
  • We've been able to reach a larger audience

Shopify has been great, they're user friendly and have allowed us to scale but with any system there are some areas for improvement.
