Pros
- ShoreTel Sky Support is responsive, effective and quite good.
- ShoreTel Sky functionality meets the demands of our fast-paced, cloud-centered business.

- ShoreTel Sky is very dependable and is something we trust.
Cons
- Some provisioning tasks aren't fully integrated into the ShoreTel Sky portal. Examples include the provisioning of new user accounts which is done through an old portal UI and Sky Mobility which requires online provisioning be followed up with a call to support to finish enablement.
- We've experienced overall ROI because our phones are up virtually 100% of the time. Our previous vendor had frequent service interruptions which caused our company to lose productivity.
- With ShoreTel Sky, our staff is able to work on-site or remote without our clients or their team members even noticing. Call flow and routing, conferencing, Mobility, Scribe enable our teams to work whenever and wherever they are.
- Advanced reporting helps our Business Affairs department track and monitor usage.
- Salesforce integration helps our team document interactions with clients more efficiently with less effort.
