Overall Satisfaction with Shoutlet

Shoutlet was used across the whole organization to manage the social media channels. It helped to streamline the management of content and push of content to our sales reps.

The user interface for Co-Tweet was much more easier to use and navigate; it didn't have so many layers to peel back.
Overall, the management really understood the overall business goal and listened carefully and followed through on all of our requests. I will stand by an organization where clients come first.
