We use SignNow to collect credit card information from clients as well as have people send electronic signatures. I send around 30 per week to clients.
- The chat feature has fast response.
- Send emails alerting to a signed document.
- Training new users.
- Technical glitches in saved templates.
- We have been able to start securely collecting data.
- Templates are the most useful thing.
