Overall Satisfaction with SignUpGenius

I've used SignUpGenius to organize our volunteers across many different ministries, from children's ministry to hospitality. It allows us to provide several different options to get all of our needs covered. I've also used it to collect which times people are available to help us decide when to plan a meeting.

  • Creating teams for certain forms
  • Creating email data to follow up on specific answers
  • Ability to create a clear focus
  • Keep track of difficult to measure analytics
We've used other services (such as Doodle Poll) to get similar information and it's been easy to get what we need from SignUpGenius. I love that SignUpGenius will send reminder emails for me so it can keep everyone up to date. It's also easy to edit so I can change things easily if I need to while keeping everyone in the loop.
It is a great tool for grabbing large scale data from a group of people. We are able to use it to get comprehensive availability information from a group of around 1000 people and have a clear understanding of what the data means. It can be used for both small and large projects.
