Overall Satisfaction with SilkRoad Onboarding (formerly RedCarpet)

We use SilkRoad Onboarding as our main employee onboarding tool. This makes new employees feel welcome, helps alleviate administrative tasks for the manager and HR team by automating many things. It really helps us look good and stay compliant.

Pros

  • Ability to customize tasks and notifications.
  • Looks great for candidates.
  • Automates tasks to alleviate administrative burden.

Cons

  • Could have better training available for admin users.
  • Has eliminated a ton of manual work.
  • Eliminated I9 errors.
SilkRoad Onboarding knocks the ADP onboarding tools out of the park.
I would like to see better admin training and FAQs available.

SilkRoad Onboarding is ideal for an HR team that wants to look like they have a ton of IT support building sites for them with the ease of being able to administrate it yourself. Also great for companies looking to go paperless.
