Overall Satisfaction

Marketing evaluated several marketing automation vendors to replace Eloqua for our email team. Silverpop ended up winning our selection. We put our top three side by side to compare features and capabilities and Silverpop ended up checking the most boxes.
  • Database structure - similar to a relational database
  • Email creation
  • Pretty UI
  • Speed
  • Programs
  • "polish" - UI feels clunky
  • Most tasks take longer
  • Eloqua,Marketo,Constant Contact
Eloqua and Marketo are both superior in pretty much every way. Constant Contact does not have near the feature set of any of these, but is very good at the small number things it does.
Of the platforms I've used, I prefer Marketo.
Almost every experience using Silverpop was frustrating. There are too many other good options to recommend Silverpop for any scenario.
