Overall Satisfaction with SimpleTexting

We use SimpleTexting to contact leads about building a custom home for them. We also use it to stay in communication with current clients and link this to our database system that tracks communication for our records. It has been very useful and user-friendly!

  • Tracks times waiting.
  • Provides details on the contact that you can modify as well.
  • Limitation on characters in the text.
  • Automated texts.
  • Ease of communication.
  • Notifications if there is an invalid number is great!
  • Positives only! It has made outreach easier.
  • Automated texts go out when a lead puts their info in which is nice.
I like Google Voice but it doesn't automatically send texts or let you know if numbers are invalid and such. There is no limit with characters or credits required for Google Voice, though which is a big plus.

Since we have a certain number of credits, I think it is good for short texts, but with our clients, some have lengthy questions that they want an answer texted back on and it takes up more credits. It would be nice not to have the limitation on characters.
