Overall Satisfaction with Skedda
We are moving resource scheduling from O365 to Skedda. So far we are happy with the product, but I'm writing this review to commend our representative. He's an excellent resource and he's been a consummate professional as he helped me to add resources (new maps and spaces). His video responses enabled me to better understand how to complete the config on my side. He has a wonderful demeanor, and I felt compelled to let you know.
Pros
- Develop floor plans with quick turnaround
- enable us to add resources in short order
- provide a quality customer service experience
Cons
- better understanding of how a resource could be available but the map not appear
- integration with Outlook
- Immediate accessability
- too early to tell; we just started using it.
