Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business
We use SfB as a collaboration tool integrated with a PBX. It offers UC within phone, chat, presentation, status information across the whole organization. It should address all these issues of flexible and real-time communication, file sharing. It´s implemented within a landscape of Windows and MacOS.
- Integration with Exchange.
- Chat and presentation in Windows.
- Status information.
- The Mac OS client is a complete construction build.
- Integration with PBX is error-prone and very complex.
- Deterioration of phone services and handling
- Before only a few had a tool for UC, so now everyone is able to communicate.
