Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

We are using Skype for Business as our internal chat program. Not for the meetings but for short conversations, calls, video chats, or screen sharing generally. Unfortunately, we can not connect other Skype for Business users that are not in our company due to restrictions but it serves effectively still. We use it on daily basis for just any type of conversation.
  • Instant messaging
  • Instant calling
  • Screen sharing to an individiual
  • Interface
  • Multiperson meetings
  • File sharing
  • Fast conversations
  • Ability contact with colleagues informally and increases your overall working experience
  • Makes communication easier
We use also Webex teams and Microsoft Teams. Both are also great products. Skype for Business is more simple than both. It is [something] that we all used since MSN messenger. Mobile application is also very good and still used to give and take calls. Other features are relatively [the] same.

[Basically] any instant chatting needs is done through Skype for Business. When you are in [a] meeting and can't give or receive a call you can instantly message your colleagues about anything. It also holds your conversation history so you can go and check back. Also, you can leave a [message] and get the answer later. Like informal and faster mail.
