Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use Slack to communicate with team members that work remotely or are in different locations to share ideas on how to achieve our goals or help each other on tasks. We are able to collaborate on projects and finish them on the stipulated time which in return increases work productivity.

  • Too many alerts and I lose control of them.

Slack's support team is always available to assist when we are experiencing technical issues.
It is well suited for small groups as you will have control of all notifications received. For larger groups, it might be difficult to control alerts received and you will be confused. It is perfect for short term projects as it would be easy to manage content.
