Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is used primarily for communication within and outside the team. We have almost moved away from emails once we started using Slack. Communication, sharing documents, and collaborating have improved with Slack. Creating bots has been really helpful and a ton of existing bots help in most cases. The new huddle feature is unique and helps talk to all team members at their convenience.
