Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Our team is spread across 5 countries, and Slack allows us to see who is online, message, or video chat easily. We can mark if people are working from home or in the office. Easily set the status to AFK or Lunch. It helps our team know who is available, where and when.

Pros

  • Instant notifications
  • video calls
  • set Status to Busy or away simply

Cons

  • Multiple chats are good, but Multiple videos calls would work well too
  • The free version works great for SMEs
Simple to use. Minimal training needed.
