Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Slack for internal communications across teams, and also for automated chats from other platforms we integrate with (ie. Salesforce sending deal updates and reminders for in-flight opportunities). We also have many external connections set up to discuss with partners, customers, and prospects during active and post - evaluations.

Usability

Slack is easy to use across desktop and mobile, especially with its deep integrations with other applications. I can receive updates from Salesforce and other tools of ours on the go, alerting me to tasks I can do once I'm back at my desktop. It's clean and straightforward to use, with not much of a learning curve.

Slack is the best way we communicate at work and get things done. It's got the highest usage across our platforms due to us being a remote company, and needing to access information as quickly as possible in real time. It's an essential part of our tech stack for sure.
