Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our remote organization uses Slack to communicate across departments. It is not our "hub" for primary messaging, but rather used for sharing quick questions or information throughout the day. We’ve organized our Slack workspace into channels based on departments and projects, but mostly we just use the direct message feature rather than channels.

Back to Command+K for pasting links – it's so ridiculous and annoying that this isn't an option or that there's no way to customize shortcuts to match the rest of the universe. This ONE feature is the reason for this rating.
