Overall Satisfaction with Slack

I use Slack daily to organize the projects we are working on, the ease of creating spaces for each of the projects is an essential part of our workflow, it allows us to have a fluid communication to us and our clients, that’s the most powerful feature, also the capacity to connect multiple applications like drive, loom, simplify our workflows a lot

Pros

  • Create individual spaces for each project we are working on
  • To be able to add detailed briefs in each of the channels, upload documents and maintain an order in everything we chat

Cons

  • It would be amazing to have the ability to assign tasks, not just add more participants to chat groups
  • Have an organized center where there are files that can have versions and thus maintain a history
  • We have increased our productivity by 150% since we only use Slack to organize ourselves
  • We save a lot of time by writing to different designers and clients
  • We have a historical record of all the messages, files and changes we make, we can search for everything when we need it
It is easy to use, it is intuitive, all its functions are designed to solve problems and it achieves its task. It can be used both in browser, Mac and Windows application, in addition to the iOS version, on any device that is logged in I can do the same, read and answer messages, receive updates, preview files, etc.

In my particular case, it has worked perfectly to organize our projects, customers, versions. There are many cases in which we work temporarily with designers, copywriters, clients and the flexibility of Slack to be able to add people and centralize all communications. That’s the most useful tool we have, we use Slack everyday
