We have been using Smartlook to improve our sales rates according to customer behaviors by analyzing heatmaps, events, and records.
- Heatmaps.
- Tracking events.
- Visitor recording.
- Nothing that I can think of.
- Sales have been increasing week by week making simple changes.
Google Analytics doesn't have a recording and heatmap feature. Those make Smartlook really stand out.
