Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We are using Smartlook for our B2C mobile apps. I have used Smartlook to get an insight that how people are using our application and I was able to identify a lot of key things from the user behavior. Also, we could make strong decisions based on the events data provided by them. Smartlook is a choice of smart people.

  • Customer behaviour.
  • Geographical data.
  • As of now, I could not see any point that should be improved.
  • Increased retention.
  • Decreased churn.
  • Easy to identify customer behavior.

I have not noticed any downtime on Smartlook. I could see the very insightful full information without much friction.
Inspectlet does not provide insights on mobile devices but Smartlook understands the need for mobility and provided a platform for it.
