I really don't know this one. I am a franchise and our home office said SmartRecruiter is preferred.

SmartRecruiters is consistent in finding new candidates looking for career positions but being able to access indeed or Monsters bank of candidates that have applied for positions in the past and may not be looking anymore but would love to come work for you.
