Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

I use SmartRecruiters when recruiting for new team members. It's a great tool for tracking the entire progress and analysing new candidates. I have used many different functions including the referral process and found it to be smooth and useful. There's a really handy link section including CVs of candidates interviewed, and useful places to keep and share notes between HR and hiring managers.

SmartRecruiters is well suited for companies who have both HR teams / Talent Aquisition teams / Hiring managers working across multiple roles together. It allows you to share back and forth notes internally, as well as rating. You can get a good overview from either view, and also add permissions for people helping the hiring process but not necessarily needing all information (i.e. salary etc.). It offers a handy way to download CVs and compare candidates.

Integrating SmartRecruiters

No, we use SmartRecruiters as a standalone recruiting solution.
SmartRecruiters seemed like a popular option on the market being adopted by many companies. By integrating it with our HR systems it has allowed ease of use throughout a vast range of many departments and functions in the business - it allows people from various different teams to have input and visibility.
Like most companies, we use LinkedIn - often LinkedIn easy apply, and other job boards. We conduct detailed background checks and references are needed from all new employees (including proof of previous roles, education and other similar curriculum vitae verification tets) different job roles depend on assessments and/or tasks set within the recruitment process.

Using SmartRecruiters

All departments from HR to every single hiring function within the business - people across marketing, sales, technology, etc.

I thoroughly enjoy using SmartRecruiters and have shared this feedback with those responsible, however I am not a decision maker in the process. I understand that at the moment there are lots of factors affecting the economy and business outcomes, so I cannot comment with certainty on the renewal of SmartRecruiters at this time, not involved in the confirmation of renewal.
