Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
We use SmartRecruiters for all of our recruitment (Early Careers to Senior Hiring) in the UK and Australia. It supports all the way from attraction to onboarding where we move over to our HRIS. We have our website and LinkedIn integrated from an attraction perspective, DocuSign for contract generation and we're currently moving to a background screening provider who are part of the SR ecosystem.
Pros
- Simple backend set up and admin training
- Intuitive workflows
Cons
- Could be easier to organise back to back interviews
- Reporting is mostly very good but can end up with some duplicate data
- Reporting capability is much better
- Candidate attraction
- Speed of processing candidates
- Candidate experience has improved
- Workable and Greenhouse
In terms of functionality and product development - SmartRecruiters is leaps ahead of other ATS platforms I've reviewed. The real differentiator for me is the ability to really customise the system and workflows for your needs and that the backend can be managed by a Recruiter (with training) and doesn't need a system administrator who can code.
