Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

Great product for enterprise-level talent acquisition, very customisable to your own process and use cases. Currently, we use it for all internal recruitment across the region, with about 200 hires per year. We are potentially looking to expand its use with the CRM and onboarding modules, which is a real bonus to have all in one system.

SmartRecruiters is certainly an industry leader in this field; they have a number of key differentiators. They certainly lean heavily into investing in their platform and its development. It is designed with the enterprise customer in mind, with the ability to customise the system to fit your needs. Each build is custom to that customer, rather than being out of the box.

Very good for large complex organisations that need a highly customisable solution to fit a wide variety of use cases. It is very simple to use for hiring managers and recruiters, with minimal training required for the team to implement. A big list of integration parts that fit well into existing tech stacks.
