Overall Satisfaction with Snagit
Snagit is used by multiple individuals across our organization and it helps tremendously when explaining scenarios or situations to employees who need the visual aide when we show them their time card or reports that have confidentiality associated with them. We also use the video function and the scroll and panoramic view which is an upgrade from the Snipping Tool that is standard among most laptops.

Snagit is a much better capture or screen shot tool and almost solves all the issues most other screen capture tools run into. It is very user friendly and has many functions, detail visualizations, and annotation tools which make using the tool easy and fun to use. Other tools lack the functionality that Snagit has.
