SolarWinds Network Traffic Analyzer (NTA) is used by our Network and Security Team to detect, diagnose and resolve network issues. We use NTA to monitor sFlow Traffic to monitor real-time network utilization, analyze performance and traffic patterns, endpoints, and receivers. NTA also provides visibility to what applications are being used and sending traffic. Provides stats based on traffic received on certain ports. The server team also uses NTA to monitor East-West traffic in our VM environment (hypervisors).

SolarWinds NTA is easy to set up and configure. It provides the information needed to monitor your network traffic without much customization. Intelligent Alerts and Reports can be configured to Monitor Network Traffic.
It is useful for our Infrastructure team and also provides valuable insights to our application team regarding the traffic being sent from various endpoints. They can monitor their applications and ensure there are no network issues that may impact their application.
