Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Pingdom
We use Pingdom to alert the team when there is an issue. The issue could be, but not limited to, a service not running on a server, Network issue, Server needing to be restarted, Printer status, and back up network configurations.

My Team is in charge of making sure two things happen. One is product comes in and gets put away. The other is to send that product out to customers. SolarWinds Pingdom allows us to monitor services, equipment and the network being used to accomplish that. The warehouse is not in production 24/7 but the monitoring process is. This has made us aware of issue that were fixed before a user was on the warehouse floor.
