Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor
Used for monitoring the network and getting us advanced notice of outages and issues.
- Monitor systems for uptime.
- Monitor network connectivity and getting notices that the backup is in use.
- Specific port monitoring for traffic analyses.
- Dependencies are not easy to configure.
- Make sure that only one salesperson is sending messages. I hate notices from multiple people about the same thing.
- The graphical interface could use a facelift.
- Useful for non-IT people to monitor the sites from our service center. Visually, (although not pretty in design) green is good and red is bad. Our call center can easily see that.
