Overall Satisfaction with Sophos Email
Sophos Secure Email Gateways, helped us to address encryption issues as well preventing phishing, scams, and malware. Adoption, setup, and use are very intuitive. The dashboard is easy to navigate. Also it helped the IT department to consolidate all the email policies in one console--we have better visibility of what is going on and the areas that we need to focus on. One of the features that we liked was VIP users, which helps to protect those important mailboxes from spoofing.

We had tried Broadcom (formerly Message Labs). It lacks encryption, and the customer service and invoices were terrible. The console was outdated and not easy to navigate. We were limited to a few options and very basic options when it came to troubleshooting or managing users. For us it wasn't cost effective to keep this product, so we decided to switch.
