Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is used for bonus payouts for all the employees eligible for any kind of bonus Monthly/Quarterly/half-yearly/yearly. The use of this app gives the users clarity on a) what bonus are they eligible for, b) what will the users get paid at the end of the cycle, c) when will the bonus get credited, and d) how the bonus is calculated (very important)
- give an amazing UI to see what's happening with all the bonuses
- make the entire complicated process look very simple and clean
- give all the necessary details with respect to bonus
- Give details about all bonuses received by the user
- Spiff has given the entire bonus process an UI to keep a track of everything
Definitely, now I am aware of how my bonus is calculated (special thanks to listing of the formulas)
