Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

we use spiff to track commissions and provide clarity and breakdowns on deals and make sure that there are no mistakes in commission payouts
  • breakdown each individual deal
  • provide history on past and future commissions
  • more background into the breakdowns for commissions. I want to see the actual math going into calculating my commission, not just the total
  • it has helped me make more money by being clear on my numbers
I think its simple, straightforward, has a clean interface and is easy to log into. a lot of the time platforms can have too many 3rd party authenticators but the SSO with Spiff is super easy
I think I have much more clarity on my commissions and compensations. I wish it would show the post tax breakdown but I know that would require a closer connection to payroll and any deductions like 401K that might be accounted for.

I think its perfect for sales organizations. I am honestly not sure how else it would be used.
