Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff on a monthly basis to keep track of and approve my commissions for the month. It is a great way to track were you are at for the month and what you should be shooting for. Also, great way to track all the meetings you have had.
- Keeps track of meeting.
- Gives you details on who and what company you met with.
- Gives you up to day goal trackers
- The only thing is that I wish I could connect to my CRM through Spiff
- Saves salespeople time tracking meetings.
I don't know if it has changed the trust in our compensation process, but it is easy to look at and know exactly where you are.
