This software is perfect for the job. It's 1000x better than TeamViewer for 1/10 of the price.
Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We help physical product brands manage their Amazon accounts. With Amazon, there are certain things that have to be done by the main owner login. In some circumstances, it's difficult for our clients to do it themselves, even with our directions, so with Splashtop, we can set up a remote desktop once and then perform certain tasks from their login, using their computer, without forcing our client to do that work themselves (we can't simply log in to their account using our login due to certain Amazon policies).
We don't use them for most of our clients but for the ones where it is needed, Splashtop is a lifesaver. It's so easy to use. We can simply log in and pick the client computer we need to access. It's also pretty easy to set up for the first time. Other options, such as TeamViewer, are more difficult to use and WAY more expensive.

Pros
- Easy set up. Once it is set up, you can access computers remotely at any time.
- Very good pricing, only $50/year.
Cons
- Every time we access it from a new computer, we have to click the approval email. It would be nice if we weren't required to do that.
- Sometimes the "Wake Up" function doesn't always work. I would assume that's when the remote computer isn't connected to the internet, not sure if there is a way around that though.
- We've been able to perform certain tasks for our clients that we would have had to have them do otherwise (and then they wouldn't be paying us to do it for them).
- Projects have been able to move forward faster because we don't have to wait for clients to perform the tasks that have to be done from their computers.
Splashtop is way better than TeamViewer in every way. The interface is better, the features are better (such as the "Wake Up" feature), the pricing is better ($50/year for Splashtop compared to $480/year for TeamViewer, while TeamViewer has fewer features.
Honestly, TeamViewer just seems like a terrible, terrible software. However, I assume it's because it's meant more for call centers or tech support people who have totally different needs.
