Overall Satisfaction with StackAdapt
We used StackAdapt at [...] for our campaigns targeting users. (... owns ....) We were not able to get good ROI on the prospecting campaigns, but we got good returns for the retargeting campaigns. The problem with the prospecting campaigns was that we had a very huge audience segment to target. We should have some more third-party audience segments to target by looking at our business Niche. We are currently working with [...] on some new campaigns and looking forward to seeing how those work out. One thing about StackAdapt that we love is the customer service. They are always very responsive on the support team and always willing to help out in a timely manner.

- StackAdapt team is also very helpful in walking us through everything and fast at responding
- StackAdapt is very flexible with pricing and options and a great starter for small businesses
Cons
- We were not able to get good ROI on the prospecting campaigns because our audience was too large
- StackAdapt has a lot to learn which is very time consuming. However, on a positive note, the team does respond to support questions very quickly
- There is not a Geo-radius function so we do have to use Mapsly for that and they have many crashes
- Wish they could do more integrations but they are still growing

- StackAdapt has wonderful customer service. The support team is very responsive with detailed answers and in a timely manner. This helps us greatly in planning future campaigns.

We selected StackAdapt because we thought they would provide us with a greater ROI for our prospecting campaigns and retargeting campaigns. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the prospecting campaigns which was that we had a very huge audience segment to target so it does not seem to be working out. We are in the process of considering moving to Google Analytics.
