We use it to access customer information and concerns. It is mainly used by our marketing department. It narrows down our demographic s and areas of satisfaction and improvement.

This is the first product I used so I have nothing to compare it to. Overall I have been happy with the product. I know our company selected it because of its high quality user rating.
Their personal customer service is great. There has been a few times where I have had issues on the site and called them up and they were more than happy to walk me through everything. Very helpful.
Survey monkey is best used to obtain demographic information or satisfaction/ dissatisfaction with a company or product.
