Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey Engage

Quick surveying needs that help our company and our clients gain an understanding of diverse audience groups quickly. The audience panels have enough range to help us find all of our surveying needs with precision and accuracy. The whole organization has used at times for various projects, both in business development and client support.

Have not explored using other survey providers for the same functionality that we use SurveyMonkey Engage for. While we have used other survey providers previously for their market intelligence services, these are much more specialized than SurveyMonkey and I would not expect them to provide the same level of sophistication.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Nexonia, by Emburse, Zoom
Well suited for quick survey turnarounds. For instance, we have used it when we needed to make a decision on a specific audience (e.g. adults who are the primary grocery shopper in their home) and wanted to get market intelligence quickly and SurveyMonkey Engage helped provide that easily. It may be less appropriate for a very tailored audience of professionals (e.g. doctors).
