Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey Engage

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SurveyMonkey Engage is being used across the entire organization. We were challenged with low employee engagement, lack of transparency, and overall company integrity. In the past, annual survey results were provided but information was heavily edited or omitted and therefore employees felt there was an honesty and integrity issue with information. They didn't feel the information was truly confidential and didn't want to share their thoughts.
SurveyMonkey Engage provided self-reflection and true transparency without compromise to confidentiality.

Providing employees an opportunity to self-reflect
Providing employees an opportunity to provide interactive feedback, ask questions, and provide details anonymously
Organizational transparency--we can identify where we are and how we feel
Departmental remediation--we can identify opportunities when we have a low score in a department

TINYpulse and Achievers

I have used a couple of other written surveys that are compiled through a third party, and an aggregate score was presented. I reviewed both Achievers and Tiny Pulse. Both were very expensive in comparison.

For company-wide engagement, SurveyMonkey Engage offers a comprehensive platform where employees can see their own engagement and the company engagement. Managers can see their department's scores and compare them to whole company. This creates opportunities for conversations and reflections, leading to better practices.
If there was a way to embed this into other programs better, some may find that more useful.
