Overall Satisfaction with Tableau Desktop

We use Tableau Desktop to connect directly to our different data streams within our organization. It is mostly cloud base for easy plug-in. From there we develop dashboards to understand results and develop insights. Since we work with a lot of data, Tableau Desktop helps organize and scale at ease.

Tableau Desktop is the most user-friendly and actionable application we have used in comparison to others. It has the best API connection potential along with easy start-up. They seem to always be updating the platform to solve newer problems which help keep my company up to speed. I have found new use cases recommended to me.

It is easy to get up and running after the initial setup. Overall, it has the basic features to quickly synthesize your data and put it to work. Tableau Desktop also has more advanced capabilities to enhance your data structure and enable self-service for people in a company. It has been a real time saver.
The support staff is tough to reach at times, but helpful when you have a chance to schedule a call/meeting with them. I wish they were more proactive in terms of reach out and did not try to always sell something. I see them as a valid partner, but would like to have more collaboration.
We have created a number of different Workbooks for our digital marketing efforts. We tie in data from all of our advertising sources, website analytics, sales data, and customer management platforms. Our team members get these reports on a weekly basis in order to understand the impact and make quick decisions for optimizations.
