Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

We use Talkdesk throughout our division at our company.
  • Shows the name of the caller so I know who I am talking to
  • Constantly needing to reset
  • Always trying to “fetch data”
  • Will ring without info coming through to answer the call
  • Dropped calls - not good
  • Not pulling calls through
  • Many times having to restart the Talkdesk all together
Good for companies with moderate call volumes.
