Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
We use Talkdesk throughout our division at our company.
- Shows the name of the caller so I know who I am talking to
- Constantly needing to reset
- Always trying to “fetch data”
- Will ring without info coming through to answer the call
- Dropped calls - not good
- Not pulling calls through
- Many times having to restart the Talkdesk all together
