Overall Satisfaction with Tealium iQ Tag Management System
Tealium is being used a tag management solution currently. We are working to leverage capabilities for improved campaign management and site performance improvements through controlled tag firing.
Pros
- Great at enabling the easy addition of tags. The tag library is robust.
- Editing and powering tags as well as customizing as needed with information and for specific purposes is simple and can be done without touching the site.
- Control over the firing of tags to load tags at the right time for the right reasons.
Cons
- Being able to better export information for reporting and use among teams.
- Too early to measure
Chose Tealium because of its emerging industry leader status. It was the most robust and easy to use tool that came with a great support team.
