Overall Satisfaction

During the time I operated my own business, I frequently used TeamViewer to remote into machines I had built to assist my clients in completing basics tasks they were unfamiliar with. Often times I could use TeamViewer to complete maintenance on remote machines without having the clients physically bring it into the shop.
  • Extremely reliable! Far better solution than Kasyea or other VNC/KVNC products
  • Works well in low bandwidth situations
  • Small footprint, no need to hog system resources.
  • Better remote control of mobile devices
  • Unattended access could be simplified
  • delayed start up on boot
  • Easy to charge customers for services, yet allow them the comfort of their own home
  • IMproves effeciency
  • gives clients peace of mind after they leave the shop

TeamViewer has proven time and time again to be significantly more reliable than the competition! Remote control, meetings, and file transfer seldom run into any snags.
Moving forward I am likely to buy this product again based on the fact that it is so reliable in comparison to VNC type technologies.
TeamViewer works well in small business scenarios but would not be my first choice for a large business. A centralized dashboard might improve this in the future.
