Overall Satisfaction

We used TeamViewer across the board with all of our users. I worked for a help desk and we used it to connect to users to troubleshoot their computers that were located in remote locations.

  • Users found it easy and loved the assistance they could get from it
  • Nothing- i found everything to work great.
  • Increased employee efficiency
  • Better customer service
I currently do not work for helpdesk anymore- so remotely connecting does not apply or is needed anymore
Very well suited for Help Desk operations.
